After Christmas Sales

I went shopping in the U.S expecting about huge sales last year. I moved around to buy something what our family need in New York city and Boston city after Christmas. I was not satisfied with shopping as much as what I anticipated. My kids complained to me that they were very tired and they didn't want to follow me. So I had to give up shopping. Unlike what I expect huge sales, the price was not reasonable. I thought the purchasing in Canada was better on sales if we considered the gas cost and the rate of exchange money. There is a Korean proverb, "there is no food in the big and famous party."  That meaning may be same this phrase "For better or for worse."
I know the store to buy something very very cheap. That store is near our living area anywhere. It might be a good news to all saviors. I went there, thrift shop in my school's trip. Of course, the captain was Joseph. All stuffs are used one but if they are necessary to someone, whatever it is new one or used one, it doesn't matter. I picked up the shin guard which brand is Adidas, snow sleigh, baseball glove which is made of the leather, and some toys. If  I buy all stuffs new one, I might pay more than two hundreds dollars. I paid less than ten dollar. What a real huge sales it was!  

Happy Christmas

We can watch the various Christmas celebration event in all over the world through TV. I am used to see and enjoyed these celebrations as my religion is catholic. When I was young, I thought all people enjoy Christmas when they were listening the carol and they were happy with a lot of gifts and beautiful cards. As I grown up, I have understood Christmas weren't meaningful any more and weren't precious any more to those who don't have the same religion like me. When I know that fact, I was very embarrassed. Why didn't they enjoy these good things? I would like to share this pleasure with feeling love and peace each other.
I think I am lucky because my surrounding was opened to catholic. I have a happy memory on Christmas. When I was in primary school, I got up early in the morning on Christmas as the door bell. My brother opened the door, and a boy who was my classmate didn't say his name and he asked my brother to pass a small gift and card to me. Like this, giving the card and gift is popular on Christmas overseas as well as in Canada.

Regarding TPL's MAP

Hi. Julia. How are you doing? I remembered what you said to me last month, you were going to buy the annual season ticket of Ontario Science Centre for your kids. I heard that we can get free tickets for Toronto Zoo, a lot of museums, many recommendable places to visit with family including Ontario Science Centre. Some branches give ticket by draw and by first come. The library are giving the chance to get annual ticket to those who participate the short survey in these day. Try it and good luck.

Ice Hockey Game

Our family could enjoy the home game of the Marlies. I was worried that it would be too cold in the ice rink. Fortunately, the air in the ice rink was warm, and I felt the strong Canadian passion for hockey. Thank you for the ticket.

Remembrance Day

We can know that Canada respect and protect the freedom regardless itself benefit in the  international society. The human's greed and the superiority to any other country lead the war. Through the war, the human dignity was destroyed. Can we say the history of human is the history of war? Why don't people accept the different culture, nature, and mind each other? Whenever I listen to news of war, I just say "Peace on you."

The differance of USA and Canada about kinds of nurse

There are three kinds of ways to be nurse. The first is a licensed practical nurses who should take a certificate course for one years and after that, they have to take an examination. They take simple care of patients. The second is a registered nurses who should have a bachelor degree for nursing in the university. They study the physiology to body and pediatric parts and they can give a shot or medicine to the patients. The third is a practitional nurses who get a master degree. Their position is between the doctor and the nurse. In case of the nurse in Ontario, there are two kinds of nurses. One is registered nurses (RNs), the other is registered practical nurses (RPNs).

Three healthcare professionals

Norfolk general hospital is a good  hospital, and it has a good community and great living places. It has served sixty five thousand residences near Hamilton, Kitchner, London and Toronto. It is small but has a technology commitment. It has managed mantorship(?) program with medical students candidates. It has a wonderful landscape, so you can enjoy a lot of leisure, such as windsurfing, golf, bicycling, snowshoeing, and so on.
